I’m Leanne, a 45‑year‑old mum of three, amateur runner, triathlete, women’s personal trainer, nutrition coach, and founder of Visualise Fitness.
I support busy women over 40 who want real, sustainable results — without the overwhelm, confusion, or pressure often found in the fitness world.

I began my own journey later in life, after years of fluctuating weight and fad diets. What finally worked was focusing on strength, balanced nutrition, and habits I actually enjoyed. That’s the approach I now share with every client I work with.
